We’ve made it possible for our providers to live anywhere in the continental U.S. and travel to work from our rural practice locations in North Dakota, New Mexico, or Kansas. Your schedule, location, days, and practice opportunities are endless. How Does the Fly High Program Work?

Through the Fly High Program, you’re free to live anywhere in the continental U.S., and we’ll take care of all the travel arrangements. Our practice locations have direct flights from Denver or Minneapolis. Your office-based travel concierge and personal assistant will take care of flight arrangements with preferred seating, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations. Additionally, enjoy personal dry cleaning services, toiletry/personal items, favorite foods and beverages, and other exciting benefits.

Options and Opportunities

  • Pick your schedule: Choose from weekly, biweekly, or monthly with 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-day schedules available.
  • Select your location: Multiple cities in North Dakota, New Mexico, and Kansas.
  • Select your compensation model: Biweekly draw with overall percentage of collections, incentive-based bonus and percentage structure, straight percentage model, or 1099 employee.
  • Concierge and personal assistant: All travel arrangements are taken care of, including TSA PreCheck and airport lounge Priority Pass.
